BLUEBERRY MUFFINS
2 cups sifted-all purpose flour
1 egg beaten
3 tsp. baking powder
¾ cup milk
1/3 cup sugar
¼ cup shortening, melted
¾ tsp. salt
1 cup blueberries
Blueberries
Mix and sift the dry ingredients. Add the egg, milk, and melted
shortening mixed together. Stir only enough to mix; add the
blueberries. Fill greased muffin tins or greased gem pans two thirds
full. Bake at 425°F. for 20 to 25 minutes.
